About Maggie Holland
Online Therapist for Women
You might be here because something feels off.
On the outside, you’re functioning. Maybe even doing “well” by others’ standards.
But internally, it feels like you’re constantly managing—your thoughts, your emotions, the pressure to keep it all together.
Your mind doesn’t slow down. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in patterns you can’t seem to get out of.
And it’s exhausting.
I’m Maggie, and I work with women who feel this way—who are tired of just getting by and want something to actually shift.
I’m a licensed therapist offering online therapy for women across Washington State, specializing in anxiety, OCD, burnout, and the kind of internal pressure that’s hard to explain but that is always there.
What Therapy with me is like
Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical, distant, or like you’re being analyzed.
My goal is to create a space where you can actually be honest—without needing to filter, perform, or explain everything perfectly.
There’s room here for the full range of your experience.
That might mean we laugh together at something, cry when things finally catch up to you, or cuss through the parts that feel frustrating, unfair, or exhausting.
You don’t have to show up as a “put together” version of yourself here. Just come as you are, however that happens to look that day.
In our time together we slow things down.
We make sense of what’s happening.
And we work toward real, sustainable change—not just temporary relief.
This might look like:
understanding why your mind works the way it does
learning how to relate to your thoughts differently
building flexibility where things feel rigid or stuck
reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels more grounded, steady, and like you

When I’m not in sessions, you can probably find me at home. I will be snuggling with my big Great Dane mix, Doodle, or pretending I’m on the Great British Baking Show by attempting to bake something fancy (and probably cussing about it). If we’re having sunshine, I’m probably putzing around out in my garden (and probably cussing some more about all the weeds I have to pull). When the sun isn’t out, I love curling up with a good book and a warm cup of coffee on a rainy Pacific Northwest day.
