I help women to feel relief from anxiety, depression and stress.
I am a therapist who loves to help women disrupt the overwhelm of anxiety, the fatigue and cloudy world of depression, and the relentless grinding havoc unchecked boundaries and stress can wreak on our lives.
Because let’s be real: as women, the focus is often on the other people in our lives that we’re supporting — whether that’s family, friends, or at work. I want to turn the tables on this in our time together. I want to help you figure out how to make yourself a priority, and treat yourself with the kindness and gentleness that you give to everyone else. I want to help you feel confident that you have the skills to calm your mind and body when you need it. I want to help you make all the relationships in your life more fulfilling, including the one you have with yourself.
I’m a non-judgmental, supportive and compassionate therapist who doesn’t tiptoe around the work it takes to flip the script on your life. I work best with people who feel ready to tackle the challenges anxiety, depression and stress management can bring.
